Legacies Learning Village — A Living Community
Three floors. One vision. A place where children learn, mothers thrive, and small businesses bloom — all under one roof.
Floor One — Ground Level
High vaulted ceilings flood the open floor with natural light. Warm white oak, living walls of greenery, and purposeful Montessori materials create a place where children don't just go to school — they grow into themselves.
Design Detail — Vaulted Architecture
"The space itself teaches. When a child looks up, they should see possibility — not a drop ceiling."
Inspired by the warmth of Highland vernacular interiors, the base floor features 24-foot vaulted ceilings with exposed white oak timber framing. Clerestory windows track morning light from east to west. Every material — stone, wood, woven textile — is chosen to ground children in the natural world.
Floor Two — The Nest
While children learn downstairs, mothers work above — in a warm, intentional space designed for focus, connection, and the kind of productivity that doesn't sacrifice presence.
Floor Three — Business Suites
Boutique suites on the third floor are purpose-leased to wellness and family-forward businesses. Every tenant is community-vetted. The building itself is the incubator.
Suite A — Wellness
600–900 sq. ft.
Suite B — Health
500–700 sq. ft.
Suite C — Creative
400–800 sq. ft.
Throughout — Community First
Woven through every floor is the library — not a room, but a philosophy. Books, tools, resources, and knowledge are accessible to every child, mother, tenant, and neighbor. The building becomes a node of neighborhood wealth, not just a facility.
Community First — Empowering Families from Food to Future.
